# Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI)

The Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI), developed in collaboration with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore, is a global framework designed to help manufacturers assess and accelerate their Industry 4.0 transformation. SIRI provides a structured evaluation of industrial readiness across three key pillars: Process, Technology, and Organization. It includes assessment tools and a prioritization framework to guide businesses in adopting smart technologies, optimizing operations, and improving productivity. Recognized as the world’s first independent digital maturity assessment, SIRI helps industries of all sizes benchmark their progress, identify gaps, and develop data-driven transformation roadmaps to enhance competitiveness in the digital era.

## Main Mission

Through strategic collaboration with MEXT, we have successfully conducted maturity assessments and roadmap development for major industrial entities such as SOCAR Polymer and Azergold. By expanding the SIRI framework to Azertexnolayn and other industrial companies, we aim to broaden the scope of digital adoption, optimize industrial processes, and drive innovation, ensuring Azerbaijan’s industries remain competitive in the Industry 4.0 era
