# 4IR Academy

Launched by C4IR Azerbaijan in partnership with the Education Development Fund and Coursera, aims to enhance digital skills in Azerbaijan by offering tuition-free access to about 800 courses in AI, big data, blockchain, cloud technologies, and more. With a target of 10,000 participants, the academy fosters human capital development and supports Azerbaijan’s innovation-driven economy.


## Our Mission

The mission of the 4IR Academy initiative is to empower Azerbaijani citizens with essential digital skills, foster lifelong learning, and prepare a future-ready workforce. By providing access to world-class education in emerging technologies and personal development, the project aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, promote innovation, and ensure inclusivity through localized and accessible learning resources.
